By accessing or using LobbyThis ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Platform.

LobbyThis is a platform that connects grassroots movements with professional advocates and lobbyists. We facilitate crowdfunding for lobbying efforts and provide transparency into how funds are used.
3. Refunds
Refunds will be given if the service cannot be provided. If we are unable to match your movement with an advocate, or if the lobbying services cannot be delivered for reasons within our control, you may request a refund of your contributions. Refund requests will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
Monthly subscriptions may be canceled at any time. Upon cancellation, you will not be charged for subsequent months. Refunds for amounts already paid are subject to the policy above.
4. No Warranties
The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. We disclaim all implied warranties, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, LobbyThis shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid to the Platform in the twelve months preceding the claim.
6. User Conduct
You agree to use the Platform in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. You may not use the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the Platform.
7. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. We will notify users of material changes via email or through the Platform.
